Any eligible applicant seeking support for intellectual property related matters may submit the prescribed application form to IPFC, GUJCOST for further process.

Steps to follow

1. Download the prescribed application form.
2. Fill in all required details carefully.
3. Duly sign the completed application form.
4. Send the signed application form to IPFC, GUJCOST at the address mentioned below.
5. After receipt, the request will be taken up for further necessary process.

Application Form

Applicants are required to fill the application form, duly sign it, and submit/send the same to the Intellectual Property Facilitation Centre (IPFC), Gujarat Council on Science and Technology.
